MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Membership fees will be charged on a recurring basis as agreed upon at the time of enrollment for a monthly invoice deduction.
• Fees will be automatically charged to the payment method provided by the Member.
• Tans or services do not roll over to the next month.
Membership Term
• The membership is ongoing and will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy
• 30-Day Cancellation Notice: To cancel your membership, you must provide a 30-day written cancellation notice via email to [email protected].
• Cancellation notices must include your full name, membership start date, and the reason for cancellation.
• Membership fees will continue to be charged during the 30-day notice period. Any scheduled benefits or services during that time will still be available to the Member.
• Verbal or phone cancellations will not be accepted.
