IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Please arrive a few minutes early to allow for traffic and parking

• We have a 5-minute grace period — late arrivals may need to reschedule, we allow a one time courtesy for late reschedule or cancellations. Once that courtesy has been applied, there will be no further waiving of fees unless it is a valid emergency. We try our best to be as understanding and accommodating as possible due to certain circumstances.

• Cancellations/ Reschedules with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service appointment. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service.
