Thank you for being a BLB Luxury member! Please review the details below so you can make the most of your membership.

Billing & Payments

• Membership fees are billed monthly and automatically charged to the card on file.
• Payments will be processed on a recurring basis based on your enrollment date.

Using Your Membership

• All services included in your membership must be used within the same month and can be used at any location.
• Services do not roll over to the next month.
• Member pricing and discounts apply only to appointments completed during your active billing month.]
• If you book an appointment for a future month, membership pricing will only apply if your membership is still active at that time.

Membership Term

• Memberships are ongoing and automatically renew each month unless canceled according to the policy below.

Cancellation Policy

•  A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership.
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected].
• Please include your full name, membership start date, and reason for cancellation.
• Membership fees will continue during the 30-day notice period. You may still use your membership benefits during this time.
• We are unable to accept cancellations by phone or in person.
